There is not a frustration much larger than an ache showing up. A soreness that starts and doesn’t go away. You run anyway. Ignoring it. Trying to pretend it’s not there.

I know. 11 years ago I told someone not to run a half marathon. She cried.

I have worked with runners my entire career, a decade’s worth. In 10 years I have learned how to keep runners training and adapting plans to keep you moving toward your goal so you can show up at the finish line.

Our customized Runners Program takes you from where you are to your goal. Whatever is standing in your way holding you back we work through together.
You’re never told “go back to running” without being coached how to.
Each program varies based on needs but can include:
run gait analysis, manual hands-on treatment, taping, brain to muscle re-training (neuromuscular reeducation), movement pattern rehab, therapeutic exercises, soft tissue massage, shoe analysis, strength testing, flexibility assessment, training plan modifications and selections and more.
We specialize in finding the true source of your symptoms and WHY they happened in the first place so you can get off of the hamster wheel of injury.
